When you request a quotation or contact us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, event date, venue or postcode, event type and the information you include in your message. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may also collect limited usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source and interaction timing.
We use enquiry details to respond, prepare quotations, plan requested services, manage bookings and keep appropriate business records. We process this information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations or pursue our legitimate interest in operating and protecting our enquiry service.
Authorised members of the CAFIT LTD event team can access enquiries. We use trusted service providers for website delivery, security, enquiry storage and transactional email. If you accept analytics, Google processes website usage information on our behalf through Google Analytics. These providers may process information only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to answer your enquiry, manage a booking, maintain business and accounting records, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. The period therefore depends on whether your enquiry becomes a booking.
