1. Who we are
Balloon Arch Hire London is operated by CAFIT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, also trading as Quirky Hire and Photobooths London. These terms apply to balloon arch and pillar bookings made through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
2. Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed only when payment has been received in full. Your date is not secured until payment clears. Changes to the venue, size, timing or colours may require a revised quotation. Corporate bookings are invoiced on request unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellation and refunds
For cancellations 14 or more days before the event, we provide a full refund minus a £150 administration fee. For 7–13 days’ notice, 50% is refunded. With less than 7 days’ notice, no refund is available because materials and installation time have been committed. If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or free rescheduling.
4. Rescheduling
Tell us as early as possible if your date changes. We will try to accommodate a new date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Requests made less than seven days before the original event are treated as a cancellation and new booking.
5. Delivery, installation and collection
Your confirmed package includes delivery, professional installation and collection. You must tell us about stairs, lifts, parking, loading restrictions and venue access times before the event. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate access information may incur an additional charge.
6. Balloon lifespan and weather
Air-filled arches commonly last two to three days indoors. Outdoor installations are affected by wind, sunlight and temperature, so their lifespan cannot be guaranteed beyond the event day. We will recommend the most suitable design but are not liable for weather-related deterioration outside our control.
7. Colours and customisation
We work to the agreed colour scheme or brand guidelines. Balloon shades are subject to supplier availability; if an exact shade is unavailable, we will agree the closest suitable option with you.
8. Liability
We carry public liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties, venue conditions outside our control or normal wear during the event. Venue restrictions must be disclosed before installation.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
